The Splendid Sea of Shiba Sakura Flower....(May 24, 2014)

I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to see this beautiful place called the Sea of Shiba Sakura Flower yesterday.  I was in awe as I look at the scenic view of the place.  Hmmm.... 

I have read some articles about it and found out that the reason why it is called “Shiba-sakura”. Hmmm, it is because the shape of its flower looks like a bloom of cherry blossom(Sakura) and it grows up covering the ground like the lawn (Shiba). (http://yokosoen001.clublog.jp/e21317.html)

 I was amazed not only of the place but also of the Japanese people... 

so disciplined and organized indeed

 People take a tour in the wonderful place....

 I need to taste their ice cream....

I love this pic....I happen to see elderly visiting the place.... and of course the father and daughter team...both pairs holding hands ....how sweet of them!

The visitors, most of them Japanese falling in line as they wait for their turn to go up the viewing deck to watch the Sea of Shiba Sakura Flower....DISCIPLINE is the Japanese way of life....

The tent where visitors can have their lunch or snacks...we had our lunch here actually....

I was able to spot this Japanese eating ice cream with the use of the chopsticks....
how I wish I have the skill to just do the same...
